About Jason
For the first 15 years of my career, I built technology products as a founder and PM — from marketplaces to consumer apps to B2B SaaS. My first company went through Y Combinator, one of the earliest mobile ride-sharing attempts before the market was ready. My second company began as a tech recruiting platform, pivoted into AI tools for gamers, and eventually landed a small acquisition at Meta during the pandemic. Inside Meta, I built internal business tools, shipped new features for Facebook Groups, led resilience trainings, and ultimately made the leap into full-time executive coaching.
Reinvention has been the through-line in my life. Each time I’ve changed directions — launching a company, pivoting a product, stepping into coaching, or rebuilding my business as a new father — I’ve had to find conviction in myself, make clear decisions, and use every part of my experience to navigate the uncertainty.
