The Annual Review template is a 12 page Google Slides template that you can copy and use to reflect on the last 12 months and create a vision and plan for the next year.
You can use this at the start of the year, on your birthday, a major anniversary, or any other significant milestone where reflection would be helpful.
I've been using a version of this process since 2015 and it's been a powerful way to internalize lessons and reset when life seems to just pull you in a million directions.
