Refund Policy
- Pro Rata Refunds: For clients making a large upfront payment, a pro rata refund is available should the client decide to discontinue the coaching sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed versus the total number of sessions paid for, minus a 10% processing and administrative fee.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds beyond these conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as severe illness or unforeseen financial hardship.
Delivery Policy
- Coaching Sessions: Sessions are delivered either in-person (location permitting) or via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom). Details will be confirmed in advance of each session.
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. The client is responsible for providing availability within the coach’s operating hours.
- Materials: Any materials or resources provided as part of the coaching services (such as workbooks, access to online tools, etc.) will be delivered digitally, unless otherwise specified.
Return Policy
- Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, returns of digital materials and resources are not accepted. All sales of digital goods are final.
- Physical Goods: On the rare occasion that physical goods (like workbooks or related materials) are provided, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Clients may cancel their monthly coaching subscription at any time. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
- Session Cancellation: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged. Exceptions may be made in case of emergencies.
